Guest guest
This thingy in my belly is really starting to hurt badly, really bad actually. It is burning, with a sharp pain that goes very deeply when I bend or move at the waist. I went to pick up a load of laundry and thought I was going to give birth to an alien! I have become very nauseas as well and earlier today I was shaking, and had some heart palpatations. I had a hernia before in the right lower quad, a ventral hernia, and it never hurt like this. It was repaired but I was allergic to the mesh and it had to be removed. I dont think the tissue under it ever healed all the way. It still bothers me soemtimes but nothing like this one. I am all alone this weekend as everybody else has gone off. I'm really looking forward to the peace and quiet and to be able to listen to my own music without my son giving me grief about it (not enough bass for him I guess). But I am in a lot of pain and am a little confused. Did any of ya'll who had incisional hernias have problems with nausea? This thing has started to be almost as bad as the panc pain. I was doing so freaking well and cant stand this. I do have an appt with the doc on wed. Thanks for letting me whine and complain and I do appreciate all the support from ya'll. The pain is getting a bit severe and I am more then just a little scared. You are absolutely right , I am aksing myself, " when will all this end " . Thanks
Guest guest
- I don't have any experience with a hernia...although the description of giving birth to an alien sounds familiar!! (((((hug))))) and I am mental telepathy sending you a heating pad! I wish I lived closer and I would deliver you one myself!! What kind of music do you like? I like anything that makes both of my sons eyes roll...80's music(I'm old school they say) I'm driving, I get to pick the music!!! Hugs and heating pads, Suzi B. Guest guest
Sounds like we went to the same school..*S*. My son also gers very irritated when I sing along too. He wears his mP3 player and has it so loud I can near buh buh bubh of the bass. I try to hold my tongue and not say the things my parents used to say about my music. I remember when I was 12 or so I was listening to the " hair " album (remember albums) and my father got so upset that he came in grabbed the black vinyl album and cracked it into a gazillion pieces! I like a lot of the old stuff and some of the new folksy sounding stuff that is coming out. I even like a few (very few) rapp songs. Some of those lyrics are just plain violent but I think I would have a hard time breaking his mp3 player into a gazillion pieces..LOL How old are your kids? I have a boy almost 15 a girl 19 and my baby girl is 9. I'm with you if I am driving its my music, but I try to be flexible. Thanks for the offer to bring me a heating pad. If you did come down, you can be sure I would buy lunch!! This thing really hurts. I hope you are feeling better. Did ya'll have snow? Thanks again and I wll let you know what happens when I see that doc this week. Warmly,
