I used to be at the gym 5 and 6 days a week. I thought

that was alot!? Sheesh, I got tired just reading about

your routine. I bet your hip/hop class is a blast!!

I'm looking forward to returning to the activities I

once enjoyed. Still waiting to hear from Dr. R and

Insurance. Its been one week. I'm being patient.....
