Guest guest
Hello from Georgia, I too am a single mother in Georgia who works and have a child with a lot of medical issues. Thanks for sharing how you do it. I too am new to SCD and struggling with the cooking. I must say the results I am seeing in my daughter is motivating me. You mentioned pay someone to cook for you, have you done this? Guest guest
Hi Sheryl, I haven't found anyone to pay yet, but it's an idea. I did get the babysitter last night to make legal pork chops, frozen peas, and apple crisp, and she's a good cook so I'm thinking about enlisting her help for cooking sessions where we would make and freeze food. I'm happy with my son's results too, and the whole family is just eating the SCD muffins I make and so on. I live in Marietta (Cobb Co.), how about you? I thought it would make a great business for someone to get into baking and making yogurt. sherylsuml wrote: Hello from Georgia, I too am a single mother in Georgia who works and have a child with a lot of medical issues. Guest guest
Hello- I am in D.C. area and have 2 son, ages 12 and 16, on the spectrum. My first question is this the correct diet for us--because my 16 yr. old craves sweets and will eat everything in sight that is sweet, if not closely monitored--I know that is yeast- but should we be doing the body ecology diet or some other diet? thanks-Caroline
