Guest guest
Dear Satish, Thank you for updating us her conditions, we expect the same from you always. I'm sorry but i'm not able to answer about swellings of her legs, i dont know if that's connected somehow to pancreatitis or its because of some other factors. But i think other people of the board might have idea and they'd advice you. What do doctors say about it?? Asking your doctors about the same would also be an idea. It took me more than 15 days to walk on my own after being transferred from ICU ward to the General Ward. I first did it with the support of my mom, one step a day and two in the second... i finally could walk normally about after 2-3 months. I think it may be because of weakness and your mom may take some more time because of her age. Also she needs to eat small diet but frequently, the diet that docotors advice. I belive they've adviced her no/low fats, non straining diets. Satish, there's nothing to worry about, coz from my view, its becasue of the weakness she's not being able to walk, look at her age, and she just have had an operation. So, i believe it will take some time. I hope she'll be alright and back to the normal life pretty soon.
