,

I have the same problem. After I have a BM I have sharp stabbing pains. I

thought it was from my rectocele (I just had a hysterectomy, rectocele and

cystocele in October.)

Maybe it is related to the pancreatitis. I don't have diarrhea anymore thanks

to the enzymes and I don't have hemmorhoids but I do get those pains after a

BM. It is not after everyone though.

Goodmorning to everyone & hope this day finds you all relatively pain-

free!! I'd like to know is it just me or does everyone have severe

pain after defecating? I don't know if it's because I have not taken

my pain meds yet? it's early am ......but I pant & feel naseaus every

am after I poop.....I assumme it's the malabsorption, but the whole

area is like a aching boil each & everyday for a few hours & I never

miss a bowel movement! I told u this was disgusting, sorry but

curious. Thanking u in advance, sincerely

Hi ; you did not say where the pain was so its harder to

answer. Every time one strains to have a bm they are likely to hold

their breath. You probably do it and dont realize it. If one has

harder difficult stools the longer one may hold their breath. Try to

make youself breath in deeply and let it wout slowly every time you

give it a push. that shoudl help a lot with the nausea as well.

Take care,
