Long shot - Yogurt from a local farm, legal?

Would you pros look at this link and tell me the likely hood of this

goat yogurt being legal. Ah oh, here we go...

I would not use this yogurt. The strains don't sound familiar at all so I

wouldn't use it as a starter either. The statement of fermented 2-3 times longer

does not guarantee 24 hours for sure. We don't want it any less nor too much

longer...30 hours being the longest. The information here is vague at best and

to be totally honest.. I don't trust Jordin Rubin. Its the strains of bacteria

that concern me the most.

Thanks for the response, Sorry it toook me so long to reply, I've

been covered up here. I knew there were reasons not to try it, it

just sounded so close to useable.
