Guest guest
Thanks for responding! To , it is the epigastric region, has been going on for years, I have never ever been constipated, or skiped a day, and do not have to strain, au contraire they slip right out! I eat a lot of seeds & fiber. They also have to be cut up on somedays (before they will flush) so I suppose I am still taking in too much fat? They are very solid, still gold bricks (tee-hee).....I do on occasion have nuts.....is that out for life? and if so how can we replace the good fats besides the very expensive EFA's...I cannot take the oil so I take Flax/borage/combo capsules. Even a drizzle of olive oil triggers more movements. I eat small amounts of low fat cheese & not everyday......I believe my steatorrhea has just gotten worse, it is since 1980 now that I have had it. I still am 130 lbs. and 6ft. .....but it's definitely pancreas pain. When I saw the nutritionist/G.I. at MUSC (Dr. Delegge)he agreed that u must eat small amounts of fat, but now I can't seem to eat any? Maybe the EFA's capsules are coming out as well? Has anyone had this fat malabsorption for over 25+ years like me? I would like to talk to that person to see what they are eating? I will leave out the nuts, cheese & EFA caps effetively immediately and see if anything changes. More ideas & comments are welcome....thanks
