Guest guest
Good morning - we ordered some cashew nut flour. The first time we ordered it, we ordered a small amount & it was ground as fine as the almond flour and very delicious - decadent is how we described it. So when we placed another order, we ordered a large amount - however this time it is not ground as fine. Does anyone have any suggestions for grinding it more finely? Should we sift it and then grind the larger particles - or can we just grind it all without sifting ? - I'm not looking forward to this at all, but we used it the way it came (less finely ground and it did not taste as good) I guess we have texture issues here - Can we use a blender or should we dig out the food processor which has not been unearthed in about 10 yrs? P.S. - our son does not eat any nuts except for the almond. This is just for mom and dad. W.
