For one thing, I would suggest to you both that you contact the place where you

ordered it, and express your issue with the order. I can't give you a

suggestion on grinding the flour more finely, but I would definitely contact the

store.

We are in the same boat as you, . I very excitedly ordered 23 pounds of

pecan flour (since my boys do not digest almond flour very well) and it came

looking more like pecan meal than flour (but it says it is flour). I made

muffins and they were a horrible texture and Garrett threw it up undigested

several hours later.

So, I need some suggestions for what to do with 23 pounds of not very finely

ground pecan flour.
