Clay,

You wrote, " I swear this time I am going to leave the booze alone. "

That is an excellent idea. The next time you feel like picking up a drink,

pick up the mouse and email us. There is usually someone online. I was

listening to a speaker recently that was talking about letting go of bad habits.

He

said that it is very difficult to stop doing a bad habit, but a lot easier to

replace that bad habit by doing something differently. He went on to say

that most bad habits involve both hands, at least to get started, such as

opening a bottle or can. Therefore, when the impulse comes to repeat a bad

habit,

hold your hands up, open, and embrace God, the Universe, World, whatever it is

that holds your dreams to being that person you want to be.
