Guest guest
Hi guys! I got some great news. from Dr. Adam's office called me yesterday and said they approved my Octreotide injection. They wanted to do it today but since it is so far away and I have to arrange to get my kids picked up etc. I couldn't go on such short notice. So I am going next Wed. @ 2:00 to get my first injection. I do hope it helps! Anything I should look out for? Also, I have a question. I have been having problems retaining fluid since I became diabetic. Is this normal? And the skin inside my mouth in my cheeks is peeling off like crazy. It is a very strange feeling. My mouth is staying dry and I am very thirsty due to the diabetes but I don't understand the skin peeling. I have not changed toothpastes or anything. Has this ever happened to any of you?
