Guest guest
I think it was recently posted that the yogourmet starter is less expensive, but is made from cow dairy, and the other one (the name escapes me!) is free of dairy and costs more. The third option is to use Dannon plain yogurt as a starter -- is that correct? Is that the most economical way to go? My son has never reacted to dairy. What most concerns me is having starters shipped to the desert where we live. Picking up Dannon at the grocery store might make the most sense for us. - --------------------------------- Ahhh...imagining that irresistible " new car " smell? Check outnew cars at Yahoo! Autos. I just received my freeze dried Lyosan starter in the mail. It isn't refrigerated and took about 4 days to get here. I have never had a problem with it being effective after shipping. For me the ProGurt is the most economical including shipping. Per batch of yogurt it is the cheapest.
