Guest guest
Debs, It's good that you are able to do this. I also have found a replacement medication, called Neurontin, that isn't a narcotic, which has reduced my usage of oxycodone by more than 50%. Now I take 1,800 mgs. of Neurontin daily, and can increase it at any time if I want to. Since I started this, my oxycodone is only used in extreme situations, and I've also reduced my duragesic patch dosage considerably. I still love the duragesic patch, and do rely upon it to help keep me at a point where I can function most of the time with minimal pain. That, along with the pancreas Antioxidants and the Neurontin, are what keep me going. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina Rep. Southeastern Reg.
