Guest guest
I would definitely recommend buying the extra insert for the yogurt maker. It is a big help. I pretty much have yogurt going in the yogurt maker at all times by having two inserts. You can get cod liver oil from Green Pastures, and it is a really good one. GI Pro Health is the only place that I know of to buy Progurt. You can use Lucy's coconut flakes to make your coconut milk. Just follow the coconut milk instruction in the recipe section on pecanbread.com. I don't know if her almond flour is less expensive or better quality than the other brand you referenced because I use Digestive Wellness almond flour. Meleah progurt , yogourmet,, codliver oil i am ready for a larger yogurt maker. i have the 7 jar eurocuisine which is great but we our whole family except the asd son who i bought it for are drinking goat yogurt smoothies everyday. we have a team working on my asd's picky eating issues since all he will eat since going back to the intro last week is eggs pureed into homemade applesauce and his juices. question: is gihealth the only place to order progurt starter? with shipping 1 jar cost $45. how many batches does 1 jar make? is lucy's kitchen the best place to purchase yogourmet yogurt maker. is it a good idea to buy the extra insert? is there a natural codliver oil i an give to my babies and 3 yr old that i can buy from gihealth? is finely shredded organic coconut from lucy's kitchen legal. can i make the coconut cream out of it? i want to try to make popsicles with coconut cream. is lucy's almond flour better than the arrow mill?
