Guest guest
i used calves liver and pureed it into my flopped mayo. my mayo came out runny probably because i used the magic bullet and not a food processor to slowly drizzle the oil in. i am concerned about the raw egg and amount of oil used in this recipe. can it be cooked after i mix the cooked liver in with the raw egg and oil? is it ok to feed raw egg to an 11 mos old baby? i heard to wait on eggs until 1 yrs old. both the twins ate it. one liked it more than the other. we had to mix veggies with hers to disguise the taste. but it got down. it is the best thing going for anemia. Guest guest
Hi mrsdeals, <<is it ok to feed raw egg > to an 11 mos old baby?>> There are cooked mayo recipes at http://pecanbread.com/new/recipes1.html http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes/r_045_00211.php <<it is the best thing going for anemia. >> I was anemic recently and along with increasing my dietary iron intake (lots of liver andgreen veggies) I have greatly increased my intake of vitamin C. I starting drinking orange juice (homemade and Tropicana). I am feeling much better these days. Vitamin C boosts the uptake of iron into the body.
