Guest guest
Hi , I'd think the easiest thing to do if you want to lose weight while having your kids gain, is to prepare the food and then slather theirs in butter/full-fat yogurt, etc! Also, they can eat the nut butter products while you eat a piece of fruit or something low cal. Good luck! Guest guest
No I'd like to gain weight too, but our grocery bill is approaching 3X normal and we are all losing weight. I think I need to start growing our produce as the solution so we don't need to compromise the organics. - ZagorskyGoldberg wrote: Hi , I'd think the easiest thing to do if you want to lose weight while having your kids gain, is to prepare the food and then slather theirs in butter/full-fat yogurt, etc!
