Guest guest
Does anybody have a recipe for making banana chips in the oven? I do not have a food dehydrator. I am looking for a crunchy chip or cracker for my 3 1/2 yr old son who is dairy free and very picky. Thanks, Kim Mom to Noah, High Funcioning Autism, 3 1/2yrs old, SCD since Feb 2005

I think I set the oven pretty low ~ 150-170°F with the door open for a few hours with a fan outside the door (to keep air circulating). I flipped the chips a few times. Here's a banana chip recipe you maybe able to convert to oven dehydrating: http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes/r_002_00408.php Sheila
