banana chips

Does anybody have a recipe for making banana chips in the oven? I do

not have a food dehydrator. I am looking for a crunchy chip or cracker

for my 3 1/2 yr old son who is dairy free and very picky.

I made banana chips in the oven a few years ago. I think I set the

oven pretty low ~ 150-170°F with the door open for a few hours with a

fan outside the door (to keep air circulating). I flipped the chips a

few times.
