We got over the first 2 days of SCDiet.:)

It was not a piece of cake.

was craving sweets a lot, although she had not gotten those for

about 10 days anyway. Her skin got worse, also under her eyes, and

she was quite cranky.

I made her a pear sauce popsicle this morning, and also made some

apple juice. She loved it.

I was wondering, does anyone shop at Trader Joes. What can I buy

there for the first weeks of SCD?

Also, how long shall I wait before introducing goat yogurt?

Thank you for your help.

If she is still having these symptoms you may want to try epsom salt

baths and/or activated charcoal. for details see:

It'll depend on what foods your daughter is ready to digest.

If she was diary free preSCD or has had past problems with dairy foods

then you should wait until she has some steady improvements. Otherwise

once her die off symptoms calm down you might want to try the yogurt.

Start with a small amount (1/8-1/4 tsp) and slowly and gradually

increase the amount.
