Just wanted to share an email that I received from General Mills:

Trix is made using corn and does not currently list any gluten

containing ingredients. Lucky Charms uses oats and therefore would

contain gluten. We ask that you always reference the ingredients on

the package since ingredients and product formulas can change. If there

is anything else we can do concerning this matter, please let us know.

THIS STUFF IS NOT SCD LEGAL! DO NOT EAT IT.

Sorry that I have to correct you but I am trying to make sure that no

one has a set back due to eating this product.

Even though it may be GF, ti is not SCD legal. Corn is not SCD legal, and I'm

sure there are lots of other ingredients in Trix that are not either. For

example, there is certainly sugar in it.

Sorry for the inconvience to the group, I posted to the wrong group. I am aware

that the ingredients are ILLEGAL to your diet.
