I'm not aware of having seen it here but I'll definitely look out for it. I'm not particularly well-versed in drugs but I belive Dihydocodeine is actually a stronger drug in itself than codeine...or am I mistaken? I'd better go and look it up right now! Of course you are right about added drugs. I haven't taken codeine with aspirin for about 30 years, precisely because of the bleeding potential. Of course, the paracetamol in my version (Cocodamol)is there to help to ease pain too. I'd be really interested to see how a stronger codeine preparation works with no paracetamol, or even with less, as you describe the " Pirophen " . Thanks for the thoughts.
