Of course they said, " The " Organic Spices " are proprietary to the manufacturer. However, I can tell you that they do not contain any sugars or starches " --In case this helps anyone. Prepared Mustard often contains garlic powder and/or onion powder. If the organic spices contain organic garlic powder and/or organic onion powder you could be ingesting illegals. It list on " spices " , or individual spices such as garlic or onion.
