Guest guest
i've noticed that my daughter and i both don't tolerate RAW cheese, even if it's goat cheese, SCD legal. does anyone know why this would be? is it like veggies and fruits, where cooked is easier to digest? so far the only cheese that seems to work for us is goat gouda, which is pasteurized. i had read somewhere that raw dairy should be easier, because it contains all the enzymes that pasteurization usually kills. silvia SCD 4 months, eczema, food intolerance, yeast
