Guest guest
My son just started having seasonal allergies about a week ago. It runs in the family as I also have seasonal allergies but can tolerate it much better than a child. Today has been the worst (very red itchy eyes). Does anyone know of anything scd legal to do for seasonal allergies? I gave him dye-free benedryl once last week and also today which is NOT scd legal. Thanks! Guest guest
My hoemeopath recommended using some local honey on a daily basis. It worked for me. Make sure it is local honey. So you get used to the local pollen. If you have Candida issues, just use a little, like 1/4 of a spoon. And... honey is sooooooooo SCD legal. >
Guest guest
From what I've read, the honey would need to be unfiltered, so that you actually ingest small amounts of the pollen. Unfiltered honey is not SCD legal. Meleah Re: Seasonal Allergies My hoemeopath recommended using some local honey on a daily basis. It worked for me. Make sure it is local honey.
