Pain Specialist tests results told morphine or eqiuvalent wont help pain

Hi

I couldnt travel in to see the pain specialist asi since Friday my

pain has escalated to a 7 and I cant eat, drink take tablets without

pain.I have been vomitting and since Saturday my blood pressue is

low andI hav been passing out

He wouldnt tell me much over the phone but i kept insisting as I had

said I had waited long enough.

What he did say is that the pain cant be treated by morphine or

equivalents? what does that mean.

I asked him did he prove whether it was the pancreas? he said the

blosk showed ramifications but wouldnt discuss andymore until I wait

a week or more to see him again

I dont understand what this means? why do I get pain that worsens on

eating drinking, at night lying down. Why does it help when i take

large doses of Morphine.?

I dont knwo what to do now, do I stop the morphine, do I what
