Guest guest
This is interesting. I've suffered from depression, my daughter (12) has OCD. SCD has " cured " my depression and so far dd is only gluten-free. I've been looking for evidence to help convince dh that it's not just all in my head, that SCD really works for moods. Only thing is that lately (2 years later), I've taken a slight downturn and bowels and moods are less than 100%. I may go back to intro and start over. What are some things that we eat on SCD that might be corn-contaminated? Vinegar comes to mind. Theresa (in Vancouver, Canada) IBS whole life, SCD 2 years. > > Corn sensitivity is directly related to many emotional responses, > particularly depression, and possibly OCD.
