We found a new simple way to cook chicken and it tastes great IMO

We dice up chicken breast into smallish chunks; sauté in Olive oil with lemon

and lime juice. It tastes great freshly cooked - but we also cook enough for me

to take to work several days. I love it cold too - so I don't have to nuke it

at work ! We've even just used lemon juice the first time and it was great

also.

I'm thinking that orange juice would be a great flavoring too.

Just thought I'd share as I'm always searching for " recipes " that are not really

recipes per say but more a way to cook something. We normally cook very simply

like this.

Home squeezed/juiced lemon juice is not on the intro diet, but can be

tried after the intro diet. Start with a little to see if it is

tolerated. If drinking lemon juice as a beverage it should be diluted

at least 50% water.

I started using fresh lemon and lime juice right after the intro, and was told

by the moderators that it was fine in small amounts.
