Hi Gang,

I just got back from S.C. where my daughter graduated Basic Training at

Ft. . There was family day on Thursday and the graduation

ceremony on Friday. I live in Kentucky and we left on Wednesday and

came back on Saturday. We took her 4yr. old daughter to see her mother.

It was a long drive and we had some car problems but all went well. I

think I did pretty good for such a long trip with my granddaughter and

I kept her busy while my husband drove. I was glad I made the trip. I

was very proud of my daughter.

I would like to ask you for your prayers because on Friday I am having

an EDG? The last time I had that test I ended up in the hospital with

an acute attack of pancreatitis.

Sincerely,

Janet

Janet,

Congratulations to your daughter and I'm glad you are very proud of your

daughter's accomplishment. Which service is she in? Amy, Marines, Navy

or Air Force? You'll definitely be in my prayers for your EDG and that

you won't have another attack of pancreatitit because of it. Let us

know how you do and what they find.

Janet,

You must be very proud and happy for your daughter's accomplishments at

Basic Training. Do you have any idea where she'll be assigned, and what

field she'll be working in? Military graduations are full of pomp and

circumstance and usually don't leave many dry eyes or unhappy faces in the

crowd. I can understand how glad you must be to have made the trip to see

her.

I'm not exactly sure what an EDG is, that particular abbreviation isn't one that

I'm familar with, but I wish you well with it, regardless. You'll be in my

prayers

that the procedure goes well, and that you have no difficulty afterward.

With love, hope and prayers,

Heidi
