Guest guest
I am very interested in trying the fermented cabage juice recipe for my two three year olds. I just have a few questions: 1) How much progurt should I use? 2) I use well chopped uncooked cabbage? 3) When you say put lid with hole on it, do you mean the ring without the inner lid or do you mean a lid with small holes poked into it? Does the cloth go under the ring or over? 4) How do I know it turned out right? 5) Do most young children normally like this drink or can it be mixed with some legal fruit juice? Thanks so much! Excited about trying this new way to get good probiotics in my boys. Guest guest
Hi Dan, I am very happy that you are going to make kraut. Dr Hass, the founder of SCD recommended this for Elaine's daughter and his other patients.
