Guest guest
Hi , Your comment made me think of a useful endeavor (LOL). A virtual chorus line to apply our brand of behaviour modification. So my nominations for a swift kick in the butt are 10.my bad gyn surgeon from May 2000; 2)my first GI doc who abruptly left his practice in the middle of my wating time for my first ERC and who " forget " to tell me I had pancreas divisum; 3) my good surgeon who keeps telling me he will review my case but then never does, and 4)my second GI who never, once, talked to me face to face during the 4 months of stenting. So to all listed here considered yourself enrolled in our behaviour modfication course!
Guest guest
I will add: 5) the anesthesia fellow in Cincy who felt I did not need any more pain meds after he pulled the epidural 4 days after the total and I was still in the ICU! What a twit!! Wonder how long this list will become. my nominations for a swift kick in the butt are > 1)my bad gyn surgeon from May 2000; > 2)my first GI doc who abruptly left his practice in the middle of my > wating time for my first ERC and who " forget " to tell me I had > pancreas divisum; > 3) my good surgeon who keeps telling me he will review my > case but then never does, and > 4)my second GI who never, once, talked to me face to face > during the 4 months of stenting. >
Guest guest
Laurie and Chrissy, I'd like to add two to the lineup - # 6. To my first GI who told me " it's way too early for you to worry about diabetes " , when I asked him to test me for the 3rd time. Then a week later I was admitted into the ER in diabetic shock with a BG of 1,000 and diabetic ketoacidosis. # 7. To the GI's nurse who said admittance to the hospital " wasn't necessary " , and never even called the GI when my husband called them to ask the doctor to admit me because I was incoherent with shock. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi
