Bravo on ajob well done, you have been doing everything right and

it is obviously paying off. I think back on all the times I didn't

have pain and it was years, sometimes I would have several bouts in one

year and then nothing for several and then again and again until

finally it caught up with me. After I had a lap chole that is; but it

still took another year to get diagnosed.

Count your blessings and enjoy every pain free day you have, you

certainly deserve it. I hope it last forever but it is wise of you to

be cautious. Keep on as you have and try not to worry about the pain,

as you said you still have to deal with the other ailments and those

are somewhat liveable. Enjoy the beauty in your life each day and tell

yourself that this is a great and wonderful day to be painfree. I

truly do hope and pray that is last forever.

You are a beautiful flower living on a moutain of beautiful flowers

rejoice in what you feel and see each day and not worry about what

might be. You have so much glory in what is.

Warmly,
