Guest guest
Hi! Thanks for the links to the sauerkraut. I guess my biggest remaining question is how much progurt to use. You use 1/4 tsp per 2 quarts of milk. How much would you use for the recipe of cabbage juice. I would love to try but am afraid of making mistakes and messing it up. I remember a parent posting about it sometime in the past couple of weeks. I would love to hear from her. I think she said she uses progurt. Thanks so much! Guest guest
Dana, In the recipe found on this webpage you need 2 packs of yogurmet for 2 quarts of cabbage juice. http://www.geocities.com/scd_post/SCDietFermetedfoods2.html How much Progurt do you need to use for 1 quart of yogurt? Then use that amount if you are making one quart. Double the amount if you are using 2 quarts... Mimi > Hi! Thanks for the links to the sauerkraut.
