How much progurt to use for cabbage juice?

Hi! Thanks for the links to the sauerkraut. I guess my biggest remaining

question is how much progurt to use. You use 1/4 tsp per 2 quarts of milk. How

much would you use for the recipe of cabbage juice. I would love to try but am

afraid of making mistakes and messing it up.

I remember a parent posting about it sometime in the past couple of weeks. I

would love to hear from her. I think she said she uses progurt.

In the recipe found on this webpage you need 2 packs of yogurmet for 2

quarts of cabbage juice.

How much Progurt do you need to use for 1 quart of yogurt? Then use

that amount if you are making one quart. Double the amount if you are

using 2 quarts...
