Guest guest
PONCHO, Your right, I have finally figured out that my health should come first. I really wanted to do an internship this summer and I was going to push back the surgery date, but as my boyfriend pointed out, I have trouble going to school some days, so how am I going to go to work? Wouldn't look good for the internship. I have to be a realist. As for the university, when I had my accident, they made me withdraw from all my classes and I got the portion that I paid back, but I lost the scholarship for that semester. I really had to fight with them to get an extra semester of scholarship. But I got wise, and started asking my teachers for Incompletes instead of withdrawing from my classes. That way I don't need to re-pay for the class and I just need to finish the work that I haven't done in some cases, in others I just re-take the whole class. So the University has helped me some, but I mostly had to help myself or I would of had to pay over $6000 per semester. Your kind words are very much appreciated, you have no idea. Thanks for the best wishes. I don't know your story, but I send you my best wishes as well and hope that you are feeling well. > Hi Brigitte, > It sounds like you really have some tough positions and decisions to make.
