Guest guest
I am doing a detox, and have been doing some dumb things. :-) this takes the cake -- Yesterday, I heated and cooled my milk for yogurt, added the culture and put it in the refrig instead of putting it in the yogurt maker.!!!! Can I still use it? Do I need to reheat the milk to 185? Add more yogurt starter? Duh, Thanks for your help. Cindy

The texture may be a little funny (or not) but should still make good yogurt. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23 yrs mom of and
