Some good oils would be coconut, olive, sesam, salower, sunflower, or grape see.

These are all good for different things. Sesame oil is great for an Asian

flavor. I've been told that it is a great sub for soy sauce. Coconut oil is a

natural antifungal. The others are good for things like mayo, or just cooking

with.

My daughter is currently in stage 2. What kind of oil can I include

in her diet?
