Guest guest
Great Going Glenda!!! Glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving dinner without getting sick.. Trudy Update Hey Everyone. Just a quick note to let you know I lost 2 lbs over Thanksgiving. This has to be a first for me. I am 2 months post op and now I am down 52 lbs. I did not feel deprived at all. I ate a little of everything I wanted. I did not overeat and I was very satisfied. I had not dumping or problems. All you pre-ops keep on going. Your day will come and a happy day that will be. Bye now, Glenda 9/21/00 278/

Guest guest
Congrats . 32 pounds is nothing to sneeze at - I sure could have not lost anywhere that much without the MGB. Keep up the good work. Tarri in Missouri MGB 09-29-00 329/279 update > Hi All, > Just wanted to post to let you guys know that I am > excited!! Guest guest
, I think your loss is marvelous. I hope to do as well. We're all different, all move at our own body's own paces. 32 pounds in 6 weeks. That's wonderful. Keep up the good work. Guest guest
Hi everyone, just wanted to say hi after not being on the board for a few weeks. I had a two week bad spell with tons of pain and 3 SOD attacks on top of it. Then suddenly I felt better and I have been feeling pretty good lately. I took advantage of the nice weather and got lots of yard work done. And I still did not get hit with any " bad " pain. Just my usual daily stuff and that's been better too. I suppose I'm having another " honeymoon " phase but I'm enjoying it fully. I've been keeping extremely busy and enjoying the new energy level. I know that it won't last for long, but while its here, I'm taking advantage of it. I got all of the bushes around my house trimmed and flowers planted, whew!! What a good feeling! I haven't been able to work like that in months, maybe even a couple of years! - I just wanted to say good luck with your upcoming surgery on Monday. I will be thinking of you!! Take care everyone, Kris in TN
