Guest guest
Hi Crystal, I have lots of good info on where to get some gluten-free foods. I have to warn you though, they are pricey. I order alot of my foods through the web and some I can get from a health store called " Wild Oats " . I don't think they have any stores in the north but I have heard of a store called " Trader Joes " . I believe that is a health food store and you can get gluten-free foods there too. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. Let me know what you want a recipe for and I can probably get you that too. I too also have osteoporosis (diagnosed at age 36). I believe that I have had celiac for a VERY long time too. Good luck. Kris in TN
