Guest guest
We have been on this diet since Jan. 06 and have never experience this. Can someone tell me what is going on. My daughter (15) has a vaginal infection as well as a yeast infection in her mouth. She does not get any illegal foods. Her bm's are orange colour and are sandy looking. The food she is getting is : Beef, veal, pork, chicken, fish(fresh),cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, squash, spinat, peas, beans(green and yellow), onions, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, muffins(SCD legal), pumpkin pie, almonds, eggs, hazelnuts, walnuts ,honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, ripe banana's, papaya, pears(fresh) applesauce, custard (SDC legal)asparagus, sea salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, oregano, goat yoghurt (homemade), cheddar cheese, Colby, olive oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, raspberries, mangos. I hope I did not forget anything. Her drinks consist of fresh fruit pureed and add some water usually 1 banana and 4 strawberries plus 500 ml water. I had made her almond milk the other day which did not go to well. The doctor prescribed her Nilstat which contains sugar and Canesten. I am not thrilled to give her Nilstat because it contains sugar. Does anybody have some suggestions. How about yoghurt? Does that help. Could this be a die-off? Very grateful for any help Beate Rapien Mother to (15) severe reaction to vaccination
Guest guest
It sounds like a bad yeast flare up. Perhaps it would be wise to take a step back, and go to all pealed, seeded, and cooked fruits and vegetables again. This is what Patty always advised me if my son was having any issue. You could also add in some Candex to combat the yeast. It is a natural anti yeast, and I found it at my local health food store. It has helped my son greatly. Are you using any probiotics aside from those in the yogurt? Maybe increasing the acidopholus would be a good idea. Also, sometimes the moderaters will recommend cutting out honey and fruit while you try to get things under control. You could also do other natural antifungals like oil of oregano and olive leaf extract. We have been rotating oil of oregano, olive leaf extract, and grapefruit seed extract with good results as well as using Candex and two acidopholus capsules every day. We use three drops of whatever extract we are on at the time each day. Doing all of this appears to have gotten the problem under control for our son.
