Guest guest
Hi , I'm not trying to say there is a good or bad. I just think, for me, it was important to acknowledge the feelings associated with maintaining a diet so different from we were had been accustomed to. For me, it's a wonderful thing that food is celebration and an expression of love. It's also changed my life in a good way that I've expanded ways to bond with my family outside of food. And...I still feel the loss from the diet change at times. On the other hand...running is one of the things I added (at age 43-no less) and now at age 47, I can run a 5K in under 30 minutes-no small thing for a former gym wimp:) Cathy ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
