I started the diet friday for my son. For myself too.

Can someone list what he is supposed to be taking? I saw a list

somewhere...

I have the multi, but I would like to try a different enzyme. He's on

zyme prime right now.

Also I don't want to spend a fortune on the probiotic as I will be

using it too.

Thank you. This diet rocks!

Hi jo,

GIProHealth makes a nice enzyme and a probiotic. Some folks use

Enzymedica GOLD and some folks love the Houston ones...

I hope that these websites are helpful:.

Hi jo,

Elaine outlined the vitamins in BTVC pages 64-67. THE SCD

multivitamin will cover vitamins and minerals. You can get it from a

number of places. At this link

http://www.lucyskitchenshop.com/freedavitamins.html there are dosing

amounts for various ages. If concerned about B vitamins there is

also a SCD B Complex, but it is not recomended for children under 10

yrs of age. Also Elaine strongly suggested taking a good source of

vitamin A and Vit D. There is a little of Vit A and D in the multi

but you should get higher levels. I take Carlson's CLO gel capsules,

but there are many good sources of Vit A and D. (i like the

Carlson's because it is tested for mercury and other contaminants).

Legal probiotics are listed at
