I'm in shock. Chicken has not touched my son's lips in 3 to 4 years.

We just starting the diet and my son had several chicken pancakes

yesterday. I can't believe that my son is eating chicken and egg

together. Whatever happens on this diet, I'm thrilled on day 2 that he

is eating something he would never try before.

My daughter also loves the chicken pancakes. She would eat them for

every meal if I'd let her. Carla

I boiled a piece of boneless skinless chicken breast and then put that

in a food processor with three eggs. Mixed it so it looked like

batter. Put a little butter on a pan and made them like pancakes.

Very easy.
