yogurt makers?

i have been using eurocuisine yogurt maker with 7 jars and wanted a

larger machine so i purchased a yogourmet. is there a temperature

problem with either of these machines that i should worry about? what

is the acceptable temperature range for the machine to get up to during

the 24-29 hr fermentation stage? also, what is the correct temperature

range when i am heating the goat milk on the stove? what temp does the

milk have to be cooled down to before i add the gogurt starter? how

much gogurt starter do i use for the eurocuisine and the yogourmet? is

straining necessary? how early can i introduce yogurt banana smoothies

to the diet after the intro?

It depends on the person and if you have reacted to dairy in the past,

if you have eaten dairy recently etc.
