Guest guest
i have been using eurocuisine yogurt maker with 7 jars and wanted a larger machine so i purchased a yogourmet. is there a temperature problem with either of these machines that i should worry about? what is the acceptable temperature range for the machine to get up to during the 24-29 hr fermentation stage? also, what is the correct temperature range when i am heating the goat milk on the stove? what temp does the milk have to be cooled down to before i add the gogurt starter? how much gogurt starter do i use for the eurocuisine and the yogourmet? is straining necessary? how early can i introduce yogurt banana smoothies to the diet after the intro?
