Guest guest
Hi. My son has been on the diet for four days. We've had good things (he's eating chicken pancakes), but I'm very concered about his demeanor, etc. He threw up on day two in the morning, then he was better in the afternoon and ate several chicken pancakes. Day three no throw up but not himself. He's pale, he looks thin, he's lethargic, spacey. Today is day four and he's throwing up again. Should I just write this off as die-off? I'm so nervous that something else is going on. The only thing I've changed for him is I've taken away his Jamba Juice, his gluten free muffins and his processed cheese. He's added in the chicken pancakes. Thanks for any advice.
Guest guest
It is not uncommon for them to express die off with lethargy, nausia, vomitting, ect. It would be very helpful for you to list all foods, medications, and supplements for us to know if something else might be the culprit. Meleah I'm concerned Hi. Should I just > write this off as die-off?>> This sounds like die off symptoms. Please read the info at this link: http://pecanbread.com/new/temporarysymptoms.html epsom salt baths and/or activated charcoal may help. If he keeps vomiting you may want to add the elctrolyte mix or at least some diluted legal juice to prevent dehydration. The electrolyte mix recipe is at http://pecanbread.com/new/recipes1.html under drinks. The legal juices are listed at http://pecanbread.com/new/legalfoods1.html All legal juice should be diluted to at least 50% water.
