legal iodized salt

a couple of weeks ago someone posted a rand of legal iodized salt, but

i can't find it in the database. could you please post that again?

Also any options to iodized salt. I know we need the iodine for some

reason, but that is the sum total of my knowledge on the subject.

Iodine is what our thyroid uses to make thyroid hormones. Elaine said that even

if you have to use iodized salt with dextrose in it, the dextrose is such a

small amount that the benefits of getting the iodine greatly outweighs the risk

of the dextrose(the dextrose makes the salt pour, so it's not very much at all).

I know that some kids are especially sensitive so a non-sugared salt is best,

but if you're stuck, used iodized.

I use Baleine Sea salt with iodine. Blue container with a whale on it.
