HELP!!!

My life was savd by scd diet three years ago and I follow it

fanaticly. However, for the last three months, I have been

experiencing a serious relapse and it just keeps getting worse. No

explaination. Is there someone out there who has even a clue as to

what I can do to turn this around or if I can expect it to on it's own

(eventually). I don't think I can lose much more blood (safely).

Drugs never worked before so that's not an option now. Would love some

feedback!!! anyone!! please!!

What are you eating now? How are fruits and veggies prepared

(peeled, cooked, raw etc.)?

Any suppplements?

Any triggers for the flare: meds, antibiotics, illegals etc.?

Number of bm's/day?

Yogurt/and/or probiotics?

We have been on the SCD diet for 5 months. But I just wanted to reply to
