Guest guest
YOU will get there. I have complete faith in you. Re: [sPAM][ ] Re: Cheating on GFCF? Mark can cheat extensively with enzymes as well. I really must get some of the TriEnza.... I hear they are wonderful! We only have reactions to straight milk, whipped cream and sour cream products if we use our enzymes. Yes there are some reactions that you cannot see but if the enzymes are working then be observant but proceed. Many people are eventually able to give up special diets completely with the use of enzymes and healing the gut. That is my wish for Mark and we have made a lot of headway but we are not there yet. Janice [sPAM][ ] Re: Cheating on GFCF? Understand something, if it is truly an allergen there is a lot you may not see and some things you may see but not realize are related. Allergies are not just about the gut and brain. The nervous system, hair growth, kidneys, and liver can be involved. Not trying to make you paranoidd, just encouraging you to investigate why the diet helps. > > My daughter is GFCF-Egg Free. She has no outward or visible gut > reaction to a small cheat.
