Hi ,

<< Is this normal??? I believe I have a severe candida problem as

well.>>

It depends on

1. what foods you started the diet with?

2. what foods you are eating now (and how they are

prepared/peeled/cooked etc.)

3. If you are taking any meds/supplements ?

--- I didn't do the intro diet but I've been eating beef/chicken

cooked/baked vegetables (cauliflower,zucchini,spinach,carrots), and

lots of baked apples with honey and cinnamon.

I peel the apples and carrots, did not peel the zucchini.

I did stop supplements the first few days but now am taking low

dose thyroid (Armour),adrenal supps (HC) and Hydrochloric

Acid/Betaine. I am almost at 1 wk of straight constipation. I do

not understand??? I am going to do a C-flush today which is taking a

teaspoon of Vit C every 1/2 hour until a bm/diarreah is induced. It

is supposed to act as way of cleansing the bowel.

If you have candida you may want to reduce your honey and eat fewer

baked apples . Please see
