Hi all,

My son loves the almond flour pancakes in the book, but now my doctor

thinks we should use another flour because it showed up in his allergy

testing. Any recommendations for substitutions?

Thank you--we eat these pancakes each day...

If it was an IgG test, the reason they showed up is because you eat them daily.

IgG often just reflects frequent exposure.

Pecan or walnut flour should be good. You could try hazelnut flour, too. I

believe digestivewellness.com carries each of these.
