Guest guest
My daughter has been scd since august 2006, it has taken her months just to tolerate the L. acidophilus capsule well. She has been taking 3 billion cfu of the Kirkmans L. acidophilus daily for a little more than a month now. She is also taking s. boulardii(1 capsule daily.3 bil cfu's) for 2 months + now. She does not tolerate the goats yogurt yet. Still intolerant to lots ie. no eggs, no nut butters..etc. Would it be helpful to increase the L. acidophilus? Or is 3 billion cfu's enough...?Would it be too much to give a small child more probiotic..she is 7, 35 llbs? Thanks, Cathy MOm to celiacs B & R scd since aug 2006
