Thank you for advice. Just one more thing.....My little one actually

did not like the yoghurt, I had to pop the teaspoon in when she was

not looking. Can anyone give some advice as to how I increase the

amount, in what doses (currently on 1/8 tsp) and how they go getting

the kids to eat more. Any advice would be appreciated. VK

Since she seems to be having die off you should probably maintain at

1/8 tsp/day for at least 1 week. Dripping the yogurt may help with

some of her die off, as might giving epsom salt baths and/or

activated charcoal; see:

Keep us updated so we can help give feedback.

If her behaviours worsen or bowels do not improve skip a few days

and

then try 1/8 tsp again.

Dripping the yogurt helps remove much of the tartness. Some mix it

with homemade applesauce or homemade pearsauce. Some mashed ripe

banana etc..A little honey
