My twins have really bloated (or maybe just too full) and hard bellies

I am wondering what the bloated bellies mean. I have added a few new

legal foods to their diet. The have orange BMS are very gassy. What

does this indicate? I am not too sure what to expect. I am seeing so

many things happening to them. I am not sure if this is the die-off or

what? I did not give the probiotic today. They are taking the fish oil

however. What is the recommended dose? My Naturalpath Dr. prescribed

the fish oil but she also prescribed a probiotic that was much higher

than was recommended.

I am a little concerned about the bellie thing though. I can still

see their ribs along with their ribs.

Thanks again,

Cindy

Cindy,

What is your child eating now? How are fruits and veggies prepared

(peeled, cooked, raw etc.)?

Any suppplements?

Any triggers for the flare: meds, antibiotics, illegals etc.?

Number of bm's/day?

Yogurt/and/or probiotics?

Hi

I found out that the probiotic they were taking was not what was

recommended. I will wait until I get the proper ones from the GI pro

health company

that I ordered them from. They are being shipped with ice so I hope it

gets here fine.

For now the boys are eating

chicken

eggs

beef

and the following peeled cooked and pureed vegs and fruit that I mix in

with the meat...

apples

spaghetti squash

cauliflower

Drinking

Diluted pure orange juice

and apple cider

(3 parts water and one part juice)

They are drinking and eating non stop.

They are getting one and a half teaspoons of the fish oil. (Speech has

improved dramatically with this!)

Their tummies are a little better this morning and they didn't devour as

much as they have been lately.

They soaked through their diapers last night despite the late night

diaper change.

It may have been the introduction of the spaghetti squash as this was

served like noodles and not pureed as I saw it in their BM.

It might have been too much at once.

I gave them just eggs this morning and juice with the fish oil supplement.

I had to crush some calcium magnesium citrate in with their eggs because

their eyes are really sore and I thought it was due to the lack of calcium.

I am still waiting to get some more professional assistance with all

this so I hope I am not causing them any harm.

Their mood has changed for the worse but their neurological symptoms

have improved. I am hoping their mood will change as their guts heal.

I would appreciate any comments or guidance with this. It is greatly

appreciated.

Sincerely,

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

A quick note to point out that cauliflower is a stage 3 food. When I

introduced it too quickly to my daughter, her behaviour became

worse.
